Carry a little character.
Reusable tote bags with original designs, a simple swap for single-use plastic, with a bit of personality stitched in.
We design and print tote bags you'll actually want to reuse, because the most sustainable bag is the one you keep reaching for.
Tote This Way started as a student enterprise at Aquinas Grammar School in Belfast. Our goal is straightforward: make a reusable bag beautiful enough to replace the plastic ones, and celebrate a bit of local character while we're at it.
Every design is drawn by us, printed on a sturdy cotton tote, and built to last. Whether you're off to the shops, the library or a gig, there's a Tote This Way for the occasion.
Seven originals so far, a mix of music, pop culture and pure Belfast. More on the way.
Tell us your idea and we'll talk it through. Custom designs are welcome.
I designed and built this website myself, and I have kept changing it as I have learned more. It has grown alongside the business.
Tote This Way began as a student enterprise at Aquinas Grammar School, and the website began with it: a simple page to show the first designs and give people a way to get in touch.
Through A-Level Digital Technology and then my degree at Queen's, I kept going back to improve it. The layout now works on phones, the structure, styling and behaviour sit in separate files, and the page follows accessibility basics such as image descriptions and a keyboard-friendly menu.
The designs are stored as data and drawn by JavaScript, so you can filter and search them, save favourites and send a pre-filled enquiry. There is also a private page for my CV, protected by an access code and encrypted in the browser.
